Il consigliere regionale Paolo Brutti (Idv) legge in modo critico le graduatorie che vedono Perugia “perdere terreno e finire al quindicesimo posto nelle Università italiane”. “In questo senso – spiega – appare provvidenziale la decisione del Tar, sollecitata dalla coraggiosa iniziativa del professor Volpi, che impone al nostro Ateneo il rinnovo delle cariche. Occorrono figure autorevoli a capo dell’Università perugina – conclude Brutti – , capaci di togliere le incrostazioni e calcificazioni di un sistema durato troppo a lungo”.
